What We Do
Our Four Core Programmes
Education & Scholarships
We fund scholarships, learning materials, and tutoring support for children and young adults who would otherwise have no access to quality education.
Education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty. Through our Education & Scholarships programme, Mighty Hands, Inc. identifies bright, motivated students in underserved communities and provides them with the financial support and resources they need to stay in school and thrive. From primary school supplies to secondary and tertiary scholarships, we walk alongside students at every stage of their academic journey.
Programme Outcomes
- ✓200+ students currently receiving scholarship support
- ✓School retention rates improved by over 60% in partner communities
- ✓Graduates going on to further education and skilled employment
Community Feeding — Malawi
In the villages of Malawi and beyond, we run regular feeding programmes that provide nutritious meals to children and families facing food insecurity.
Hunger is a barrier to everything — to learning, to health, to hope. Our Community Feeding programme operates in Malawi and other regions of acute need, delivering regular, nutritious meals to children and families who cannot reliably feed themselves. We work with local partners to source food, prepare meals, and distribute them with dignity. Every meal is a statement: you are seen, you matter, and you are not alone.
Programme Outcomes
- ✓5,000+ meals provided to date
- ✓Regular feeding events in multiple Malawian villages
- ✓Improved school attendance linked to feeding support
School Establishment
We partner with local communities to build and equip schools in regions where children have no safe, permanent place to learn.
In many of the communities we serve, there are no schools within reach — or the structures that exist are unsafe, overcrowded, or without basic facilities. Our School Establishment programme changes that. We work hand-in-hand with community leaders to design, fund, and build schools that are built to last. We then equip them with furniture, books, and trained teachers, creating centres of learning that will serve generations to come.
Programme Outcomes
- ✓3 schools fully built and operational
- ✓Hundreds of children now attending school for the first time
- ✓Local teachers trained and employed in each new school
Global Sponsorship
Our sponsorship programme connects donors directly with individuals and families, providing sustained, personal support that transforms lives over time.
Some needs require more than a one-time gift — they require a relationship. Our Global Sponsorship programme pairs willing donors with children, students, or families in need, creating a sustained connection that goes beyond financial support. Sponsors receive updates on the people they support, and sponsored individuals know that someone, somewhere, believes in them. This programme operates across our focus regions, including Malawi and the United States.
Programme Outcomes
- ✓Active sponsorships across multiple countries
- ✓Sponsored children showing measurable improvements in health and education
- ✓Long-term relationships between donors and communities
